Please read these terms of Sale carefully before placing your order.
1. Placing you order
1.1 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Picture Pride Displays Ltd whose Head Office is 14 Willow Court, Sandwell Business Park, Smethwick, West Midlands B66 1RD.
1.2 By way of confirmation, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order.
2. Description and price of the goods
2.1 The description and price of the cabinet/s you order will be shown on the website when you have placed your order.
2.2 All Images of products are not to size or scale.
2.3 If on receipt of your order the cabinet/s are not in stock, we will inform you of an approximate delivery time. If you are paying by credit card, we will not take payment until your cabinet/s are ready for despatch/collection.
2.4 Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate on receipt of your order. However we will inform you on acknowledgement if the price shown is incorrect.
2.5 All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charge is extra dependent upon size and weight of your cabinet.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment for the display cabinets and delivery charges can be made by the methods shown on our website, at the time that you place your order. Payment is required prior to despatch.
3.2 There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
4. Delivery
4.1 The cabinets/models you order will be delivered to the delivery address you give when placing your order. The cost for delivery will be to UK Mainland only, England, Scotland and Wales. Deliveries to other destinations will be by quotation.
4.2 When an order is placed before midday and the item is in stock, we will endeavour to despatch your order within the next two working days using our carrier, which provides a next day service. If we have to manufacture your order we will advise you when your cabinet is ready for despatch/collection. This is usually 8 - 10 weeks from date of order.
5. Delivery Guarantee
5.1 Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the cabinet. You will need to check the contents of the parcel within 3 working days, in the unlikely event it may be damaged during transit. If you receive your item damaged, Picture Pride will arrange collection and a replacement at no extra cost to yourselves.
6 Refund Policy
6.1 Picture Pride Displays are happy to exchange/refund any perfect, undamaged product returned within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging. If you want to return any item back to us, please email stating the reason and for Picture Pride to arrange the collection using our carrier. Please do not attempt to return the item without prior arrangement. You are responsible for both postage and collection charge when returning items to Picture Pride (except faulty, incorrect goods within 3 days of receipt see delivery guarantee 5.1). We will refund the price of the product as soon as we receive it back. Any custom made or one off items made to specific requirements cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or faulty on receipt.
